Arena Group has invested heavily in its innovative Clearview™ seating system ahead of major sporting events in London in 2012.
The ground-breaking demountable seating system is the system of choice for major events and venues and has been specifically designed to create the best possible view for every single member of the audience. As well as optimum sight lines, it has built in spectator comfort and safety, and has already been installed at high-profile international sports stadia and event venues.
The system offers a flexible, practical and sustainable alternative to permanent seating, delivering an in-house demountable seating facility which allows event organisers or venue managers to alter their seating layout according to the needs of their event.
Clearview™ was developed to anticipate the exacting requirements of events professionals, architects and permanent facility specifiers. It is the result of three years research by Arena Seating’s in-house designers and engineers, who took a “clean sheet” approach to creating a seating product which offers uninterrupted sightlines and flexibility.
For the first time in a demountable seating product, Clearview™ uses the principle of variable geometry to improve ‘C values’, the internationally accepted measurement for sightlines. Using a revolutionary parabolic support system, which can be easily reconfigured, each row of seats can be raised to the precise height necessary to give the optimum view for a specific section of the auditorium.
While conventional seating systems offer inflexible C values Clearview™ delivers a wide range of c values with up to eight different rise angles, crucially using the same set of parts. This way, organisers and venues can safely increase seating capacity in existing auditoria, while improving the view for everyone.
Compared to conventional seating systems, Clearview™ provides a demountable seating solution with equivalent comfort, improved viewing, added flexibility and sustainability.
